Keeping families together is at the heart of Canada's immigration system — and of what we do. We prepare sponsorship applications that prove the genuineness of your relationship and meet every eligibility rule.
Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor a spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner for permanent residence. Applications can be filed inland (partner in Canada — eligible for an open work permit while waiting) or outland (partner abroad, or in Canada but wanting to travel freely). Choosing the right route and documenting the relationship thoroughly are the two things that most affect success.
We prepare the complete package: sponsor eligibility, the relationship narrative and evidence, IMM forms, and the accompanying open work permit application where applicable.
The PGP lets sponsors bring parents and grandparents to Canada as permanent residents. Intake is by invitation from IRCC's pool of interest-to-sponsor submissions, and sponsors must meet the Minimum Necessary Income (MNI) for three consecutive tax years. We monitor intake announcements, ensure your interest-to-sponsor form is filed correctly and prepare the full application when invited.
Not invited under the PGP? The Super Visa is a multiple-entry visa valid for up to 10 years that allows parents and grandparents to stay for up to five years per visit. It requires a signed invitation, the child's proof of income, and at least one year of Canadian (or approved international) medical insurance. See details on our Visit page →
Dependent children (under 22 and unmarried, or older and dependent due to a medical condition) can be sponsored or included in a parent's application. Adopted children, orphaned relatives and — in limited circumstances — a "lonely Canadian" relative may also be eligible. We assess and prepare these less common applications.
